M-AJ is a passionate Essential skills,Enterprise and Educational practitioner working in the learning and development sector. Currently facilitating the learning and development in the further education of young entrepreneurs and aspiring Hair and Beauty professionals. Previous roles include Curriculum team leader of Business, Skills and Enterprise for an organisation which underwent massive organisational change from a Secondary Education provider to an Advanced Learning Centre initiated primarily Building Schools for the future and the more locally focused Remaking learning. This was one of the most exiting changes in the UK education sector in the past 20 years.
M-AJ, has 20 years of project and change management experience is therefore no stranger to facilitating initiatives and approaches in order to meet with the national agreements.
M-AJ gained extensive experience while working as a in the corporate world as a Marketing, Communications and New Media as a Consultant.
A self confessed “Dancer of Change” M-AJ decided to change her focus from the corporate sector to the public sector. Having enjoyed the excitement of the e-commerce revolution , M-AJ decided to look for a new challenge For the past 6 years M-AJ has sett up the provision for Skills and enterprise education projects which not only equip the future generation with the much needed employability skills but these programs of study facilitate not only personal mastery but inspiring her students to be enterprising in their approach to life long learning.
Peter Senge’s vision of a learning organization as a group of people who are continually enhancing their capabilities to create what they want to create has been deeply influential has been the inspiration for M-AJ’s continued professional development .
